Eligible Returns

You can request a return if:

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The item is damaged or expired upon arrival

  • The package is missing items


Return Window

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a return.
After this period, we may not be able to process your request due to the perishable nature of our products.

  2. Share your order number and photos/videos showing the issue

  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours


Returns Not Accepted

We are unable to accept returns if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or tampered

  • The issue is reported after 2 days of delivery

  • The return is due to change of mind
