💰 When Do We Offer Refunds?

Refunds are only offered in rare, valid cases, such as:

  • Product not delivered after confirmed payment

  • Wrong item sent and no replacement is possible

  • Product damaged and customer chooses refund over replacement

🔄 How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer or digital wallet within 5–7 working days of approval.

  • We may request photo/video proof to process your claim smoothly.

🚫 No Refunds In Cases Of:

  • Opened or used items

  • Change of mind

  • Late complaints beyond 48 hours of delivery
